Banarra’s GRI Performance Indicators Workshop – Sydney
This new 1-day workshop is aimed at people who already have a basic understanding of the GRI and wish to understand in more detail how to collect and analyse sustainability data in line with the GRI's Technical Protocols, what the GRI calls the 'monitor' phase of reporting. The workshop focuses in detail on 15 of the most often used and/or problematic Performance Indicators, decided with input from the workshop participants. It also includes tips on how to avoid common data accuracy pitfalls and how best to prepare for internal review or external data verification and assurance.
At the end of the workshop you will have an in-depth understanding of data collection systems and the technical requirements of how to calculate the specified GRI Performance Indicators.
While the GRI does not currently offer any certified training on Performance Indicators, understanding and reporting in accordance with the requirements of the GRI Performance Indicators is an area Banarra has seen organisations struggle with a great deal. As such, Banarra has developed this tailored and technically focused course to fill this gap and respond to the data challenges faced by many reporters.
All participants will receive copies of the presentation materials, the relevant GRI G3.1 Performance Indicators and Technical Protocols and a certificate of attendance from Banarra.
In 2012 our 1-day Performance Indicators courses will be held on the following dates:
August 2 – Sydney
August 22 – Melbourne
November 22 – Perth
