Banarra's GRI Sustainability Reporting Workshop - Melbourne
This intensive two-day GRI training course is the 'classic' introduction to the GRI Sustainability Reporting Framework. It is suitable for organisations who are thinking of preparing their first sustainability report through to more experienced reporters who want a refresher or some new food for thought.
The Sustainability Reporting workshop covers all elements of the GRI reporting process, specifically:
- Sustainability context and introduction to GRI
- Prepare: Plan your GRI sustainability report
- Connect: Dialogue with stakeholders
- Define: Focus your efforts
- Monitor: Build your report
- Report: Check and communicate
In addition, Banarra will add value to the GRI certified training course by sharing different perspectives and key insights from our experience working with a wide range of reporters, both as report preparers and as assurors, including offering some novel alternative solutions to those put forward by GRI.
At the end of the two days you will have a comprehensive understanding of the GRI and be armed with the necessary tools and inspiration to commence or improve your sustainability reporting efforts.
All participants will receive copies of the presentation materials, the GRI G3.1 Guidelines, the GRI's learning publication The GRI Sustainability Reporting Cycle: A handbook for small and not-so-small organizations and an official certificate of attendance from the GRI.
In 2012, our GRI certified Sustainability Reporting workshops will be held on the following dates:
November 13 & 14 – Melbourne
