Why does the HUB exist?

The Australian Federal Government, through Treasury has commissioned St James Ethics Centre to undertake a three year project to expand responsible business practice nationally.  With the support of Treasury funding, St James Ethics Centre recognises the need to reach as many Australian businesses and individuals as possible. To do this the Centre has developed the HUB site which aims to not only raise awareness about issues relating to responsible business practice but also to house key initiatives such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Corporate Responsibility Index (CRI) and United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and tools and resources for small to medium-sized enterprises. The HUB has been designed as a consolidated space for engagement, interaction and connectivity to help build communities of responsible business practice in Australia.
